The New World
This story was actually a dream I had a few years ago and I have been waiting for an opportunity to write/draw it out. The story takes place 200 years in the future after an outbreak that wiped out nearly half the population. After the pandemic, there was a wealthy group of people who invested in the betterment of the future, thus, creating The New World. The story follows a young girl, Priya, after getting accepted into the world renowned institution, The New Order, offering her a better chance of living a healthy life with providing an endless supply of medical care for her ill mother. Along Priya’s journey, she begins to uncover the dark truth of what actually happened to The Old World and how The New World was created. She finds unsettling truths with her friends. What will they do to find the truth of The New World? How far will they go? and What will they do with the newly discovered information?
